Det er en gave at se, hvordan kendte problemstillinger ”nemt” kan overkommes, fordi andre handlinger pludselig bliver mulige. I rollerne fra udviklingsarkitekt til facilitator fokuserer jeg på to ting:1 – at bringe nye perspektiver i spil for at give mine kunder nye handlemuligheder.2 – at designe processer, hvor de nye perspektiver/metoder systematisk indarbejdes i dagligdagen.
