Men det vigtigste er mig at se den ild, der tændes i øjnene på sælgerene, når de pludselig får adgang til at forstå en salgssituation fra en anden vinkel, og det pludselig åbner op for helt andre måder at operere som sælger - den iver og virketrang, det medfører er helt ubeskrivelig - og at tænde ilden i øjnene på sælgeren er mere end rigelig motivation, for mig, til at forladeden varme dyne og sengen hver morgen.Jeg er optaget af at bringe andre perspektiver i spil overfor mine kunders udfordringer. Det er en gave at se, hvordan kendte problemstillinger ”nemt” kan overkommes, fordi andre handlinger pludselig bliver mulige. I rollerne fra udviklingsarkitekt til facilitator fokuserer jeg på to ting:1 – at bringe nye perspektiver i spil for at give mine kunder nye handlemuligheder.2 – at designe processer, hvor de nye perspektiver/metoder systematisk indarbejdes i dagligdagen.
