As the Director of Strategy Execution at Housing NB, I am responsible for the execution and oversight of the New Brunswick Housing Strategy, a comprehensive and collaborative plan to improve the quality, affordability, and accessibility of housing for all residents. With over 15 years of work experience in the private and public sector, I have the skills and expertise to lead and manage complex and multifaceted projects that impact an organization, region or province.In my previous role as the Director of Strategic Portfolio Management at the Government of New Brunswick, I provided portfolio and project management support to the government's priority projects and initiatives, and enhanced the competencies and capabilities of project managers across the public sector.I am also able to leverage my knowledge and experience in environmental policy and impact assessment through my positions in the federal government and engineering consulting to ensure that projects, programs, policies or strategies are aligned with the government's environmental goals and standards, and deliver positive outcomes for the environment and communities. I am passionate about contributing to the social, environmental and economic development of the province, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the organization and with its partners.
