I work alongside you to understand your unique business and human needs, and help you transform your relationships and take meaningful action as individuals or with others.Using blended learning design to promote behaviour change and a range of psychological models and tools to develop emotional intelligence as a prerequisite, I work with you on:✅ Inclusive leadership and collaboration✅ Engaging with innovation✅ Promoting a humanistic culture in a digital ageWith over 20 years in L&D, I take a behavioural approach to skills development and love helping people acquire knowledge and skills so they can change the way they work in practice. As part of that effort, I also focus on the contribution learning can make to overall culture and strategy.As an inveterate horizon-scanner, to say I’m interested in the future of work is an understatement, and as a former barrister, the future of the legal profession matters to me, which is why I want to help those driving change. In 2022, in collaboration with academics from the Universities of Birmingham and Aston, I ran a pilot study on the behavioural profiles of law students and legal professionals. Initial findings support the idea that newcomers to the professions have a lot to offer in creating innovation.Left to my own devices, you’ll usually find me outside, walking, horse riding or gardening. I'm trying to resurrect my flute-playing and I enjoy reading and going to the theatre. Voluntary work has included the POPPY Project on experiences of prematurity, which resulted in NICE guidelines on families’ experiences in neonatal care. My prem baby is all grown-up now and has a sister.
