This includes winning the Association for Business Psychology award for Excellence in Learning THREE times, the last being in 2021, as well as winning a Lumina Learning Global Award in 2018.Using award-winning blended learning design I work with learners using human-centred skills development which helps them to relate their capability to existing and emerging ways of working. I aim to inspire - to show that things do not need to be “done the way they always have been”. Back in 2020 I began facilitating for this incredible group of law-breaking women. I found kindred spirits and became a Lead Law Breaker in December 2020. (Possibly as a result of masterminding a rather brilliant online panto - oh yes I did!)She Breaks the Law is a global community of women change-makers who are passionate about the power of innovation and collaboration. Our mission is to accelerate transformation in legal by bringing together and empowering lawbreakers across the ecosystem. We’ve grown over the years to over 3000 members in over 50 countries. It is an absolute joy to bring women from across the world together to connect and share ideas. My role in the Crafty team is to host and facilitate for two Crafty communities, enabling discussion and fostering connection and generally promoting the Crafty intention to create joy, insight and connection. Crafty Counsel provides what matters to in-house lawyers: a place to share intel and experience, discuss ideas and support one another. As a media company focused on legal, Crafty is community-led. They create high-quality video and other content, organising intimate community meetups and larger events, including the sensational CraftyFest, and providing access to insightful resources that help those working in-house achieve their professional and personal goals.
