With 24 years of working within the Ministry of Justice, it is fair to say I am passionate about culture and about people. Working within the criminal justice community is relentless and challenging. I am passionate about leading teams well and am an irrepressible advocate for creatively transforming culture to show every colleague they are valued, to grow leaders at every level and help prisoners choose a way out of crime. I am actively educating myself towards being A Good Ally. I am privileged to be invited to share learning from many platforms and regularly teach on the subjects of team dynamics, cultural change, leading under pressure and authentic service.
