I am a Partner and Solicitor at Thorntons Law LLP, Dundee with many years of specialist experience in all aspects of commercial property. I help my clients achieve their desired outcomes due to my attention to detail and efficiency- all within their required timescales and at highly competitive prices. I act on behalf of all private, corporate and institutional clients everyday and I am comfortable with speaking to CEO's, Directors, industry and sector leaders (healthcare, retail, industrial, leisure and building trade). My main expertise is in acquisitions, disposals, developments, funding and securities, commercial leasing for both landlord and tenant, and dealing with complex title issues. I have a particular interest in ‘unique’ properties, such as caravan sites and complex development sites. I enjoy advising on the niche and 'out of the ordinary' aspects relating to many commercial properties, ensuring that my clients are well advised and have the requisite licences to operate their businesses from those properties. I am supported by a large multi-disciplinary team at Thorntons Law which allows me to offer the best possible service and advice to clients, no matter the area of law or what their requirements are. In addition, I am also well connected and can assist my clients and contacts with making introductions and referrals to a number of other professionals if requested.Whilst not in the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and young son.
