Professor Nicola M. Pless (PhD University of St. Gallen) is Co-founder and Research Director of Responsible Leadership, listed by Stanford University among the top 2% scientists in the world, former Vice President International Leadership Development, holds the Chair of Positive Business at the University of South Australia, served on the faculties of INSEAD, ESADE and University of St. Gallen, and is a Guardian of the Council of the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative (GRLI). She received among others several AOM research awards and was honoured with the Faculty Pioneer Award for Teaching Innovation and Excellence by the Aspen Institute, dubbed the “Oscars of the business school world” by the The Financial Times.My mission is to advance the practice of responsible global leadership and its development through research and teaching innovation.I worked for Mercedes-Benz London, CS Zurich, UBS AG Basel and New York, World Bank Group Washington DC, Rosenthal AG Germany).
