Throughout my career I have proudly advocated for unheard voices. I have either represented them directly during my early law career or today, support them through tools, resources, skills and community solutions to drive social change.Current role: Director of Operations at the Autism Education Trust (AET). Passionate about promoting neuro-inclusive practice, tolerance and understanding to improve opportunities and outcomes for autistic children and young people. Driving to change the global perception of autism. Working with the AET Team to deliver on the AET vision of a world where all autistic children and young people experience a positive education that supports wellbeing by leading the sustainable, proactive growth of the AET in a way that achieves reach and impact, driving forward both nationally and internationally, the strategic and cultural transformation required to achieve the AET vision. Providing leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure that the AET’s operational objectives are met while maintaining high-quality standards and customer service. My work in the autism community equips parents, carers, and education professionals with much-needed information, resources and solutions created in partnership and collaboration.
