My little brother and I started Cleats 4 Athletes with the intentions to donate sports equipment to organizations or schools who are underprivileged and cannot afford as much quality or quantity of athletic accessories.-This showcased my leadership, as I took the initiative myself and spread amongst other to gather and donate sports equipment and accessories.-I managed all the donations, counted all the items, and distributed the items. -I gained creative problem solving skills from this; I noticed there were many talented children in my area, however many of them had old, broken, or even no equipment to wear and use to play. Seeing this, I thought a great way to fix this problem would be to gather donations and deliver them to these children who has so much talent but could not afford to showcase their skills. -I was determined and passionate to get these children on sports teams, and grew my charity as much I as could until they could all perform and play in proper gear.

I created QFS for children in my area who wanted to be trained for football. I coached them in the weight room, as well as performing rout running, speed training, and agility training. My main purpose of doing this, however, was to see if I could really create and manage my own small business. -This made me very passionate about work; I had a goal to bring in income while learning how to build a small business, which would help prepare me for my future passion of owning my own business. -I gained negotiation skills when I had to come up with logical yet profitable prices with customers.-I learned how to manage a business and cashflow within that business when I had to not only find the appropriate price to charge, but also have enough to pay staff members, buy equipment, and solve how much should be put back into the business, while still being profitable.

I helped children study and do homework, as well as do activities and play sports with them. -I gained leadership when I had to solve the surprisingly overwhelming complication of managing and leading dozens of young children at once. I made sure they were all acting appropriately, learning, and having fun at the same time.- This helped build my passion to work and give back to the community which was so amazing and helpful to me as a child. I also loved how happy the children got when they understood a new concept or got a new problem right, and I would not stop teaching them things they did not understand until they displayed this contentment.-I learned time management, as I would go after school and sports practice. This meant I had to learn how to balance my own homework with the time I wanted to spend helping children with theirs.
