- Direct and Manage the Sales division dealing with business partners such as; ANN TAYLOR, ADORE-ME, CWC-DIRECT, DKNY, EXPRESS, CHICO’S, VICTORIAS’ SECRETS among others,-Support the President and C.E.O on Operational and Corporate projects,-Lead the Quality, Lab, Textile R&D, Design, Product Development, Costing, Customer Service, Sourcing & Purchasing and Sampling Room Areas to create business opportunities and secure sales growth, -Work in liaison with Manufacturing, Planning and Supply Chain in order to create a cross functional sale’s strategy that provides a strong portfolio of products and services readily available as per Customer’s needs, -Identify window opportunities by working with President & C.E.O helping support the corporate vision achieving exponential growth even during tough economics’ time; maintaining sales growth between 15-20% yearly.-Create and operate a divisional yearly budget in a cohesive strategy to reduce expenses and increase productivity; also prepare and provide Corporate leaders with a sales plan,-Travel Trade Shows in USA and Europe as well as to the market to visit customers and their stores on a monthly basis in order to understand their needs and predict market trends, -Analyze and Determine which Prospects are matched to the company’s production, speed, flexibility and service models,-Cost all products and determine gross margins as per President & C.E.O’s guidelines, always looking to balance competitiveness and customers expected Markups (IMUs),Travel to Asia and South East Asia to do cross bench market analysis and propose improvement plan to the President and C.E.O.
