• What remains in Europe are important Differentiating Factors for the TPV/TPVision TV I&D.Target:
• Create the conditions of one team over multiple sites.
• Deliver the requested differentiating factors (PQ and Broadcast innovations & certification)
• With Big Data Management coupled to local contacts, succeed to be the eyes of the Development teams located 10.000 km away from Europe

• Context:
• TV's need to demonstrate compliance to certain broadcast networks and also to connectivity requirements to claim the logos.
• The initial team was essentially working for in house products and known to deliver certifications after commercial release (CR).Achievements:
• Developed a Strategy to increase predictability (most certifications are granted before CR) and to cope with new Focus on ODM platform certifications.
• Doubled the number of broadcast certifications and platforms handled per year and developed a connectivity certification activity
• Put in place a management structure giving full transparency on certification situation

• Context:
• The Platform SW delivers a TV HW abstraction allowing User Applications to work properly un-aware of the HW it runs on.
• The Platform SW encapsulates many Supplier's SW in a stable API executable allowing offshore development of User applications.Achievements:
• Managed the platform projects through the major TV revolutions: First Digital TV (US and Europe), Connected TV, Full HD, … Succeeding to deliver years after years SW in time and quality allowing to get each year.
• Developed the team from 5 engineers to 32 by aggregating all developments and tests leading to the HW abstraction.
• Quality Environment moving from CMML2 to CMML4 (responsible of the estimation process)

• Context:
• From Junior SW Developer to Responsible for main SW derivative for US Market.Achievements:
• Successfully managed a platform derivative project with OffShore development.
• Proposed and introduced a diversity mechanism increasing by 50% the handled commands with the same compiled code size.
• Developed the SW abstraction of a new incrustation module recognized for the very low amount of issues found on this code.
