I work as a backend developer in a company focused on providing technological solutions to companies in the healthcare sector. My role focuses on managing support requests, innovating, and developing software to optimize critical processes in the sector.I am in charge of handling support requests, ensuring code quality, and coordinating the deployment of solutions for healthcare systems. I also dedicate part of my time to innovation, proposing and developing new ideas to improve processes and services.On a daily basis, I manage and document support cases, escalating issues when necessary, and ensuring that solutions are implemented efficiently. In parallel, I dedicate 20% of my time to creating and prototyping new features that support the growth of the company and the satisfaction of healthcare customers. In addition, I implement user stories, perform unit tests, and ensure that code deployments follow standards in Python and NodeJS.With these actions, I ensure that clients' systems in the health sector function optimally, reducing response times and improving efficiency in meeting their needs. In collaboration with another developer, I developed the Immeco ERP system (Laravel, React, PostgreSQL) for a construction company. This comprehensive solution optimized project management by centralizing document control, task tracking, custom report generation, and detailed financial management. We implemented modules for the control of cash inflows and outflows, allowing for complete visibility of cash flow per project. Thanks to this tool, collaboration between teams and decision-making based on accurate and up-to-date data were significantly improved.
