I currently work for Garban Group, a residential real estate developer, whose projects range in scope from $3.5 to $5 million. I am responsible for the business and project finances and drafting financial reports. I liaise with subcontractors, insurances companies and banks, and assist with new project development and marketing material.My career as an investment analyst began in Santiago, Chile, at Principal Financial Group. During my tenure I worked in the research department as an equity analyst and then as a fixed-income and asset allocation analyst, with the goal of developing investment strategies. In 2021 I relocated to Boston, my birthplace, with a desire to reconnect with my roots and rediscover the city as an adult.
