Part of the Project Management Team on Browse FLNG project within a team of 4 internsDevelopment of an IT tool for the project from functional requirements (Microsoft Sharepoint)-Generation tool of flaw alerts based on a database listing the flaws : Flawless Project Database-Workshop with multicultural and multidiscipline teams to determine how to develop the tool.-Redaction of Functional Specification and guidelinesDevelopment of a VBA tool measuring the performances (KPIs) of each vendor in reactivity, number of reviews, number of exchanges between Technip and the vendor.
