During my PhD, I developed several in-silico approaches to better understand protein kinase - inhibitors interactions. I developed a proteometric model to stress the amino acids of protein kinases that allow the binding of Type-II inhibitors (10.1021/acschembio.5b00555).I implemented new selectivity metric to help in the detection of relatively selective protein kinase inhibitors from a panel of bioactivities (BMC Bioinformatics, submitted).Finally, using a large collection of crystallographic structures, in combination with a fingerprint, I introduced new proteochemonetrics models (Journal of Chemical Information and Modeling, submitted).These projects have been performed in collaboration with the pharmaceutical company Jansen.
