-Overseeing day to day operations of all departments in the hotel.-Coordinating facility and program planning budget preparation, administering hotel policy formulation- Representing the hotel at various professional, civic and governmental organizations and meetings.- Working with the Chief Executive Officer to create an environment that will encourage the recruiting and retention of qualified hotel employees- Analyzing areas in planning, promoting and conducting organization-wide performance improvement activities- Assisting in planning of new services that generate additional sources of profitable revenue- Assisting in managing costs by continually seeking data that will identify opportunities and take action to eliminate non-value costs in conjunction with the hotel’s financial and catering officers- Participating in the hotel’s weekly operation reviews as well as participating in corporate office meetings as deemed necessary

-Develop commercial strategy.-Work with clients and Eden Park producing team to develop client-specific gifts or clothes that are based on Eden Park's proven approach.-Creatively brainstorm test ideas with clients and assist in the execution, analysis and recommendations coming out of the experiments that are constantly run.-Review daily, weekly and monthly traffic for partner businesses and ensure that these results align with our client commitments-Partner with clients to identify opportunities for growth based on achieved results

For 6 months at Pepsi-Cola Mexico, I was responsible for monitoring the various promotional activities in the state of Michoacán. Vive Saludable campaign ( http://www.vive-saludable.com/menuvive/index.html) was established during this period, I have set up monitoring tools with respect to this operation.In addition, I was in charge of the back office and customer relationships to optimize the flow of goods on the distribution network.This position allowed me to have a professional spanish level as well as consolidating my experience in marketing and market research.
