Marketing responsibility in Release Coating Market, covering various applications (Labels, Tapes, Bakery Papers, Hygiene, Pressure Sensitive Adhesives)In support of the Business Director, my main mission is to make profitably grow the business by :→ Elaborating the operational marketing strategy (Products Positioning, Pricing tools…)→ Managing the product portfolio (Product Life Cycles / Time to market optimization)→ Setting the base pricing policy & margins objectives for the Europe & Middle East perimeter→ Defining and implementing savings strategies on the “costs of sales” (production schemes / inventories / transport / packaging / sales channels…) and improve the profitability of the business.
