Responsibilities:Manage and develop relationships with key travel agencies and corporate clients.Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for growth and optimization of travel programs.Develop and execute account plans that align with Travelport's business goals and objectives.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and operations teams, to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.Provide guidance and support to customers regarding Travelport's products and services, including training and education on new features and updates.Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.Achieve sales targets and objectives within assigned accounts and territories.Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activity and customer interactions using Travelport's CRM system.

Responsibilities :Assisting the Store Manager in daily operations and overall management of the store.Providing exceptional customer service to all customers and ensuring the team follows suit.Supporting the Store Manager in creating and implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.Supervising and training sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.Monitoring and managing inventory levels, including conducting regular stock counts.Processing sales transactions and managing cash handling procedures.Assisting in scheduling and managing staff, including handling employee conflicts and disciplinary action if necessary.Communicating with the corporate office regarding store performance and needs.Assisting with visual merchandising and creating store displays.Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to make recommendations for improvement.
