I joined Saint-Gobain as Group Head of Data & AI Engineering, reporting to the global Saint-Gobain Chief Data & Analytics Officer, to accelerate and improve the industrialization at scale of Data & Artificial Intelligence algorithms and applications.My team’s goal is to make of Saint-Gobain a top-class player in Artificial Intelligence deployment at scale with a maximized Business impact. In 2022, my team standardized tooling and practices for Data Scientists by providing AI accelerators deployed on the main Business Units (AI Portal, AI Lab, AI Indus, AI Store). We currently manage 40+ Data Science platforms. In 2023, my team focused on Generative AI, building Saint-Gobain chat (AI SGChat), an internal portal enabling all Saint-Gobain employees worldwide to create their own GenAI chatbots and share them within the Group, with governance on GenAI usage. We also provide technical foundations to build GenAI apps outside chatbots. 500+ GenAI chatbots have been experimented in AI SGChat in less than 6 months.

I joined in 2020 the SUEZ Data Office as Group Head of Data & AI Engineering, reporting to the SUEZ global Chief Data Officer, with the objective to further accelerate the group’s Digital transformation and maximize the business value delivered through Data. I led 5 main activities:- I was the product owner of Group Data platforms (Data Science, Data Storage, Data Virtualization, Data Integration...), I managed the Group Data technologies strategy and ensured the design of Group Data initiatives- My team managed the Group Data Science platform "CoDAI" (which hosted 50+ projects) and the industrialization of Artificial Intelligence algorithms developed by Data Science teams (MLops, Kubernetes, IoT, Edge computing, labelling) leveraging Microsoft Azure services- My team managed the tooling behind Data Governance (like Master Data Management) and the modeling of Data- I animated the community of SUEZ Data Engineers & Data Architects worldwide to converge on best practices/technologies and maximize the sharing and reuse between BUs. - I also led the SUEZ Data Maturity Program which advised BU Lead Data Officers on how to improve their BU maturity in Data Management

I joined Schneider Electric in 2017 to:- build the company’s global modern Big Data platform called "Intel Data Store" (Data Lake + Datawarehouse), which went live with a fast growth (> 20 Tb a month, > 220 Tb in 2020). My team managed its numerous Data feeds (> 4 billion files ingested a year from 40+ IT systems, 7.000+ data flows, 30+ countries)- build Data Science labs for Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning developments (> 35 Data Labs were deployed)- manage other Schneider global data platforms and central data engineering teams, including global Master data management platform, data integration platform, and data visualization tools ensuring data governance, data privacy, data security and data quality- formalize the Schneider Electric Data decentralized operating model, called "Data Franchise" (very close to what is now called Data Mesh)I managed an international growing team, from 20 to 60+ resources, made of program & project managers, architects, big data engineers, AI engineers, Data Scientists, cloud, security and sql experts, with the objective to deliver prepared governed high quality data but also to assist data initiatives worldwide (>20), including the build of machine learning applications, by providing best-in-class data factories, services and practices, leveraging the full stack of AWS big data and AI services.
