This passion brought me to continually imagine, develop and implement business strategies and build equity for each of the W&J brands I had the privilege to work for.Starting at NMC, where I created my own timepieces from end to end, as with the following brands I worked for, my primary focus has always been to understand and love our customers.My brand experience crosses different price point positioning in the industry (from Jewelers, High Watchmaking, Designer, Traditional and Connected offerings) with coaching and L&D delivered in each segment.Working actively in the markets (over 90 countries) for the last 23 years I got exposed to different cultures and gained experiences to communicate and share effectively with them my “can do” attitude and this always within a matrix organizations.Managing, opening (and closing) accounts, mono-brand boutiques, partners and markets have taught me to be structured, pragmatic, accountable, entrepreneur minded and with sharp negotiation skills. So, I am used to lead operational implementation and to build a motivated Team to support the actions.
