Equilibrium is a solution, resource and space that prioritises employee wellbeing as a business imperative.Prior to establishing Projects by Crema, Nicolas was a Director at Crema Group, a family-owned property development and construction business. Before working in the property development industry, Nicolas had a career in investment banking working within global capital markets at UBS and ANZ.
