As such, my role challenges and enables Equinix to higher levels of decision-making by unlocking hidden insights about our customers and the marketplace.My role is to go deeper to deliver a pragmatic analysis, based on best industry practices, that not only gets to the "so what" but also provides the courage and assurance for Equinix's stakeholders to act. In addition to that, I also educate and interact with external IT Industry Analysts such as Gartner, IDC, 451 Research, Frost & Sullivan, ISG, on a regular basis, regarding Equinix's new products, services, and positioning.​Key products and responsibilities are: -Maintain databases and develop insights around markets, KPIs, and​​ customers, aiding key decision-makers​​-​​​​​Internal customers include the executive management, regional presidents as well as the salesforce​​-​​​​Consolidate, analyze and distribute key industry news through regular publishing newsletters-Produce actionable competitor and market insights products-Track market shares, sizes, and secular trends​

Responsible for supporting strategic planning activities by providing actionable recommendations and insights based on assessments of markets and competitors, both existing and potential.Key responsibilities and products are:-Identify and collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial, and operational data-Perform financial, statistical, and qualitative data analysis of markets and competitors-Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports-Customer Experience and Win&Loss analysis
