I joined Decathlon 30 years ago! First as a customer sports enthusiast with these stores where I could spend hours dreaming, discovering, touching many sports products.I really joined Decathlon in 2004 during my studies. I have been able to grow and to develop my expertise for commercial, merchandising, team management to get customer satisfied, through the optimization and inventory management and procurement for Artengo, our racquet sports brand.I have also spent 1 & 1/2 years at Bangalore India as Country Brand Manager for a wide and various perimeter. In charge of mountain sports (Quechua, Simond and Wedze), but also raquet sports (Artengo) and other sports (Fishing, Horse riding, Target Sports), I have built a team of 8 retail suppliers in charge of supplying the product of our ranges.Based on the local nascent market and its analysis, we have improved and built the ranges with incredible and value for money products. Back to France, I have been for 5 years in charge of supporting both Tribord, Olaian and Nabaiji for their woven products. Customer Procurement Manager accompanies the brand and puts in place the best scenario to purchase at the lowest cost with the highest level of service (quality, availability, DOT...) We work closely with Strategic Buyers, Engineers and local Production Teams to strenghten our purchase policy.Now, I have the pleasure to be Management Controler and Supply Chain Manager for Micromobility (scooter, folding bikes)Whatever the positions and the jobs, in retail, in brand, in production, my experience is rich and makes my carreer full of pleasure, of opportunities of Making the Sport Accessible to the many.
