Antarctica

Adventure Program & Mountain Guide• Develop all aspects of the Adventure Program for Antarctica 21, including pricing, equipment inventory, marketing, and sales. Use data and knowledge from past years to continuously improve upon the program year-over-year.• Provide a world class experience for clients while also managing all safety logistics leading groups in one of the most remote areas on earth.• Educate and entertain 300+ people per season through a variety of outdoor experiences and sustainability initiatives on board 2 different expedition ships.• Support the company's risk management development by performing the reconnaissance for new routes to ensure the safety of the program and accommodate clients of all abilities.• Create and oversee the training of 8 mountain guides & 24+ expedition staff on crevasse rescue techniques, standardize procedures and risk management.Expedition Photographer• Create, customize and arrange media content for each 6-10 day expedition. This includes photography, video, landing site information and daily program itineraries and deliver a custom presentation of the journey at the conclusion of each program.• Provide photography instruction for clients when needed and deliver presentations to the entire group of 70+ people on the basics of wildlife and landscapes photography.

Santiago, Chile

• Design and create web content to support expansion for Vertical Leadership Expeditions and Programs in North America.• Support sales and expedition program development for new clients with Vertical.• Guide, coach, facilitate and train groups, up to 36 students, on wilderness expeditions focused on experiential learning, leadership development, teamwork, and outdoor education including MBA programs such as Wharton Leadership Ventures and McColl School of Business.• Expeditions in Antarctica, Patagonia, Atacama Desert and the United States.

Greater Philadelphia Area

Strategized, planned and executed customized daily programs with a focus in leadership development for up to 40+ people to empower, develop self- confidence and self-awareness for clients ranging in age from high school to adulthood on high rope courses.• Supervised up to 8 instructors each day to ensure professional standards are met and programs delivered according to client’s expectations.
