- Pour la Caisse Nationale d'Allocation Familiale, j'ai contribué en 2020 à la digitalisation de l'intermédiation financières des pensions alimentaires. Le projet faisait face à de nombreux enjeux, notamment liés à la diversité des métiers concernés (avocats, agents CAF, notaires) et aux contraintes de temps (date de mise en service contrainte par décret). Alors que le projet faisait face à des blocages importants, ma mission consistait à améliorer le lien entre l'expression des besoins utilisateurs et l'équipe en charge de l'implémentation. Après quelques jours d'analyses, j'ai accompagné l'équipe dans la mise en place de processus et d'outils d'idéation (Parcours utilisateurs, Personas) ainsi que dans la conception des fonctionnalités. Au bout d'un an, nous avons pu déployer dans toutes les CAF de France une solution complétement fonctionnelle et qui fonctionne encore aujourd'hui. - Pour Thales, j'accompagne depuis fin 2022 la mise en place d'un portefeuille d'applications permettant de faciliter la gestion du Product Management. Le développement de ses applications sont stratégiques car elles conditionnent le développement d'un nouveau business à fort enjeu. Grâce à la mise en place d'une démarche innovante et à l'exploitation des nouvelles technologies de développement, nous avons pu délivrer en 3 mois une première solution complétement opérationnelle et conforme aux exigences de sécurité Thales. Le projet se poursuit avec 3 applications prévues pour 2024. - Pour SNCF Réseau, j'ai participé de 2020 à 2023 à la mise en place d'un Centre d'Expertise de delivery applicatif. Celui-ci a produit un portefeuille d'applications avec un impact opérationnel direct sur l'activité du groupe (refacturation interne des consommations d'énergies, gestion des ralentissements, pilotage des incidents, etc.). J'ai pu intervenir à la fois sur le pilotage du portefeuille ainsi que sur l'implémentation de certaines de ces solutions.

I assist companies IT departments in the optimization of IT project, from requirements definition to the delivery of the project. In the managemenent of my projects, I apply the Agile methodology, the tools of the Design Thinking and the Extreme Programming philosophy in order to quickly deliver applications that meet business requirements.

The IT French department of Thales has decided to build a Project Office to assist Business departments in the definition of requirements and the IT project management.
