* Full profit and loss responsibility for assigned project(s) together with the project manager (PM); responsibility for all financial planning aspects, such as maintaining the Estimate at Completion and optimizing the project gross profit, cash flow and assets management.*Responsible for commercial project management for bogies and other rolling stock components for locomotives, light rail and coaches for the North America markets. * Support the Project Management team to devise contingency plans from a cost perspective. * Monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget, risks and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the Project Management team.* Maintain tight cost controlling tools in order to provide the project management team accurate and timely information to make key decisions regarding the project financials. * Responsible for foreign exchange risk mitigation, hedging strategies and international tax requirements. * Monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget, risks and deliverables that support business goals in alignment with senior management and stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with contract documents and proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential problems, and develop appropriate contingency plans.

* Fully responsible for financial and commercial management (costs, revenue, and cash flow) throughout the entire life of the projects assigned.* Ensuring that purchase orders are based on the best bid and according to the budget assigned.* Perform financial planning, forecasting, controlling and reconciliation of every cost in the project.* Ensuring data quality in SAP.* Timely issuing invoices to manage A/R and project cash flow.* Support the responsible Project Manager on any change management or variations.

 Financial control of BU, including review and correction of income statement and balance sheet Control costs and expenses analysis of business unit. Prepare and report annual budget and monthly projection to headquarters and local management. Analysis of KPI and support regional manager in all activities related to business unit.Achievements: Implementation of expenses report and other indicators taken from Profit & Losses according to Head Quarter template. Generation of database optimizing the use of online tools.

* Calculation and analysis of variable commission for consultants according to role/position.* Monitoring and control bills of temporary agencies.
