Seeking the next exciting chapter to my working life I have had an extensive career within the Police Service, predominantly specialising in Intelligence and Investigations.During my service I have been engaged with both covert & overt investigations of local, cross-border and international Organised Criminal Networks.I have also had organisational influence in developing Intelligence processes & products. Including the use of CLIO, I co-authored the intelligence response to a terrorist incident, also developing the Intelligence Cell and Intel Processes for policing Notting Hill Carnival, managing the Intel assessment & tasking process & providing intel based tactical advice to senior leaders.Working extensively with both internal and external partners from mid to senior level management.Lead Controller (Bronze Intelligence) Kidnap/Life at Risk & Crime in Action Intel Cadre. Managing team of Officers, Analysts and Researchers. Providing a 24/7 On-Call response. Tactical Advisor to the Senior Investigating Officer. Setting & implementing the Intelligence Strategy this included Communications Data, Open Source, Standard and Non-Standard Intelligence sources, Human, ANPR and Financial Intelligence. Providing the SIO and operational teams with actionable intelligence to meet the operational objectives. Maintaining the Continual Professional Development of the Cadre with regards to new technologies, techniques and intelligence Co-developed with Met Training the Critical Decisions in Intelligence Foundation course. As part of a team, I was a leading member developing the course content, including a HYDRA exercise. Developed on behalf of Met Training the Critical Decisions in Intelligence Advanced Course. As the Subject Matter Expert, I developed specialised course content along with using other SME’s to provide the content this gave the candidates the best input.
