Ich bin akademischer Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Public und Nonprofit Management und interessiere mich für Forschung zu den Themenfeldern Personal der öffentlichen Verwaltung, dem Einfluss von Digitalisierung auf Arbeitsbelastung und Stress sowie Red Tape und Bürokratie. Ich habe einen Bachelorabschluss in Politikwissenschaft, Verwaltung und Organisation an der Universität Potsdam sowie einen Masterabschluss in "Verwaltungswissenschaften". Während meines Studiums arbeitete ich als Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft an den Lehrstühlen für Politikwissenschaft, Verwaltung und Organisation sowie für Public und Nonprofit Management. Daneben war ich als studentischer Mitarbeiter einer kommunalpolitischen Vereinigung tätig sowie Stipendiat der Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung. Seit Oktober 2021 bin ich als wissenschaftlicher/akademischer Mitarbeiter und Doktorand an der Universität Potsdam tätig.*****************************************************************************************************I am a research and teaching associate at the Chair of Public and Nonprofit Management at the University of Potsdam. I am interested in research on red tape, bureaucracy, and public personnel, technostress as well as organizational ambidexterity and new work. I have studied Political Science, Administration and Organization and completed my master's degree in "Administrative Sciences" at the University of Potsdam. During this time I worked as a research assistant at the chairs of Political Science, Administration and Organization as well as Public and Nonprofit Management. In addition, I was a student assistant for a local political association and holder of a scholarship of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation. Since October 2021, I have been working as a research and teaching associate at the University of Potsdam.
