Tasked with the STAMP overhaul project for the Network Management System product line: rationalization of Agile development solutions across several units

• Expatriation in Beirut (Lebanon)• Responsible for the Lebanese and Syrian branches of Alstom Grid. - Administrative, legal, financial, invoicing and HR management of both branches.- Project Director in charge of the creation of the Lebanese Electrical control center (€30 million sales –management until the gaining of the acceptance certificate) and finalization of Syrian control center (€30 million) for the high and medium voltage networks management and network node interconnection.- Contractual Management to avoid 10% of penalties due to late delivery in a complex political environment

• Tasked with global management and consolidated reporting for Qatar Zone projects for the Massy unit (2009 orders: €9 million / 2009 TO: €9.4 million).- Contracts: 40 projects linked to the development of the Qatari grid.- Business areas: Telecoms and SCADA (from the tender stage to final project acceptance).• Tasked with responding to calls for tenders for Qatar business activities. • Cross-cutting project: Implemented the project completion procedure for AREVA T&D.

• Technical, financial and contractual management of Qatari grid extension projects.- Managed 16 telecoms projects with connection to the national control centre, from the contract signing phase to final acceptance.- In charge to ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, technical specifications and cash curves.• Tasked with responding to calls for tenders for client contract amendment requests.• Cross-cutting project: Rollout of the project completion process for the Massy unit
