Currently Senior Vice president for SEFE and Directeur General for the French entity, one of the leader in trading & energy supply for BtoB in Europe, Nicolas is responsible for coordinating the sales activities in Continental Europe as well as developing and deepening strategy on both commercial and operation. He has full responsability of the P&L.Nicolas has been appointed directeur général of the French SAS in 2023.Nicolas has been appointed in 2021 member of the board of directors for Europe.Graduated in Civil and Offshore Engineering in 2002 (ESTP & Glasgow University) as well as Executive Management graduate from Insead in 2015 and HEC in 2021, Nicolas joined SEFE in 2021 to manage and develop the French retail activities and now the Continental Europe Development.Nicolas previously worked during 10 yeas in SBM offshore in a project environment (engineering, project and construction manager) with 4 FPSOs projects delivered (Project over 350M$ and management up to 250 pers). Assignement were Monaco (5 years) and Singapore ( 5 years) with extensive traveling in South Korea. Nicolas has then been appointed in Sales and Business Director role in FMC technologies with the objectives of developping the Loading systems Business unit. Development were around sustainable turnover and preparation for FLNG/FSRU business. Turnover was brought from 80M$ to 125M$ in 5 years with a generated backlog of 18months. Nicolas has then been nominated CCO of Sofregaz with the achievement to set up a commercial team and network of representatives, develop a marketing strategy as well as business lines execution methodology and finally a strong and sustainable protfolio of customers through key accounts. Nicolas joined SPAC (part of Colas/Bouygues Group) in 2018 to develop the company in view of increasing turnover, international footprint and sustainable growth through internal expansion or acquisition. In parallel of business activities, Nicolas has been involved in activities such as speaker at conference on Offshore and LNG topics as well as business related matters (LNG conference, Gastech, FLNG & FSRU events). Nicolas has been involved on side activities as teacher/speaker in schools especially through ESTP as co-president of the Human ressources group. Nicolas has been as well adviser for management consulting. Nicolas is part of Bouygues Fondation for students.
