With over 10 years of work experience in data science, HR analytics, and teaching, I am a passionate and versatile Lead People Analytics at Vontobel, a leading Swiss private banking and investment management group. My mission is to use data to drive decisions, empower my colleagues, and support the company's strategic goals. I have a strong background in mathematics, computer science, and finance, as well as a certificate in applied data science from EPFL. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have lived and worked in multiple countries and speak several languages fluently.As the data owner, I am responsible for data quality, data controls, and data lineage for all employee data. I design and implement data analysis and data visualizations, such as executive dashboards, from multiple internal and external data sources. I also produce all HR-related data for Vontobel's annual report and obtain external data certification from E&Y. Additionally, I upskill my colleagues to use data to drive HR decisions by delivering regular "Data Talk" mini webinars to my HR colleagues and curating a learning path on degreed.com.
