As part of the Mac@IBM Help desk support team, I got the opportunity to become SME. Now having the responsibilities to handle more complicated cases, where my main task is to support team agents and also to work on analysing and evaluating team's KPI, having to meet with each team member, with other SMEs and supervisors to come up with ways to improve the service, the team's performance and customer satisfaction. I am highly focused on process optimisation and achieving best possible results Also I have the opportunity to participate on the training of new comers and work on enhancing our knowledge base as technical writer and updating our documentation.I also like to help the team to organize team buildings were we can have some nice time together and improve our team spirit.
