- Identify and visit potential clients- Follow-up on and visit clients and encourage them to use the bank's facilities - Prepare visit reports for visits done to potential and existing clients - Collect the required documents and submit a comprehensive study to the Credit & Facilities division - Follow-up on the expiry, renewal and updating of Credit files

- Undergo training to reach an expertise in all branch functions (up to Assistant Branch Manager) - Undergo training to reach a comprehensive proficiency in various head office and BLOMINVEST functions as needed to complete the program - Handle assignments in both branch/head office, for designated time intervals, to put the acquired training knowledge to practice as assigned by the HR Division - Conduct training sessions on banking and non-banking related topics upon request - Represent BLOM BANK in external events when requested by the HR Division

- Promote and master all BLF Retail products and services along with their features and benefits - Achieve set targets in terms of sales, developing new prospects, etc..- Maintain a good relationship with potential key persons - Boost sales by proposing new product offers and campaigns - Ensure administrative follow-up of sales with related parties - Coordinate sales activity with car dealers and real estate developers
