Assist, train and coach site logistics staff, coordination with operators and maintenance for equipment issues, process improvement, increased reliability, perform or assist and communicate RCI, develop and update training, create, review, modify and approve procedures, supervise new engineers in their integration and training to promote continuous improvement.

Have a working knowledge of EH&S standards (Dow and external), determine if the requested work can be carried out within the department (timing + budget), prioritize service requests, manage the backlog with the Maintenance Scheduler and the WAC, review the status of the work and renegotiate the timings, ensure communication with maintenance on the preparation of the work, coordinate with all roles impacting/impacted by the work and see with the Maintenance Scheduler to decide which work should be included in the schedule, collect and review process information for improvement and corrective actions.

Management of the team in charge of Direct Shipment from Seneffe to customers (customs declaration, drafting of CMR, etc.)Coordination with the Road Logistics Team for the requirements and the needs of the site.

Management of the inventory of the building and the periodical checks of this inventory, preparation of production units in SAP, link between logistics and other services in order to run the production.
