By working in a real estate company (construction and operation), I was able to follow from assembly to delivery of housing construction operations (LLI - PLS) and shops. These projects were the result of the densification of our real estate stock or business providers. The operations budgets are between € 1.4M and € 15M.o Monitoring of compliance with the conditions precedent of land promises as well as the participation in the negotiation of any amendments.o Compliance with the overall operating budget.o Optimization and control of the technical and regulatory feasibility of the project, of building permits, and of costs before filing.o Constitution and filing of building permits, call for tenders, development of contract files.o Management of energy and quality labels (NF Habitat, Biodivercity, E + C-1, Promotelec).o Site meeting, concessionaire management, cost control of works signed in contracts and monitoring of interventions during the year of perfect completion.o The internal reporting as well as the constitution and the updating of the financial report that depends on the progress and the uncertainties of the work.

During this apprenticeship, I have assisted the Operations manager in the management of energy installations for residential and tertiary utilities. I have worked on buildings such as the « Métropole de Normandie », « the DOCKS 76 shopping center », "the Cailly business park » and as well as on other sites such as 188 photovoltaic installations spread over the Normandy region. My main missions were:o Participation in the supervision of an internet technical team and external stakeholders.o Preparation of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for the various equipment.o Control of the performance of the installations and optimization proposal.o Solving operating problems on complex projects.o Sizing and drawings of HVAC installations.o Compliance of installations and compliance with safety standards.o Maintain management, monitor operations and maintenance on the network.o Management of energy and quality label BREEAM.o Monthly reporting and drafting of annual reports.

The internship helped me discover management of green energy projects. I was responsible for wind project investigations and participated in renewable energy development and management projects. My main task was to collect and analyse information which allowed me to create a site assessment tool. This tool is and will be used to assess the yield for different sites and simulate the pre-cost of energy. The projects I worked on were called “Brandvalley (140MW)”, “Rietkloof (140MW)”, “Karreebosch (140MW)”, “Roogeveld (140MW)” and “Romansrivers (200 kW)”. The main tasks undertaken by myself are listed below: • Pre-feasibility assessment (site assessment, comparative study and selection of best suited wind turbines). • Technical wind assessments (data collection, creation of roughness maps, wind flow modelling in complex terrain, yield assessment, power curve measurement and analyse of yield prediction). • Creation of a tool for wind prediction and yield calculation. • Sourcing of topographical survey data and imagery. • Creation of engineering maps, incorporating all relevant variables in order to show third parties all modifications and work undertaken on various infrastructures and projects, design of civil and electrical infrastructures. • Electro-Magnetic Interference assessment. • Improvement of wind turbine layout according to wind resource grid. • Prospection of sites for future projects for a desalinisation plant. • Investigation and pre-selection for future renewable energy projects (desalination in South Africa). • Attending meetings and conferences.

In four years, I have gained in autonomy with the installation of HVAC systems for large residential projects such as « Macé in St Etienne du Rouvray », « 130 accommodations & shops in Rosny Sur Seine », « Résidence rue des Anglais in Rouen »and « Les Jardins d'Albano in Rouen ».o Installation of thermal production systems (Boiler room, heat pump, substation, multi-split, AHU, etc.).o Installation of the distribution system and fluid evacuation (underground network, gas, HVAC, fire safety, etc.).o Installation of HVAC equipment - Plumbing (Sanitary, heating, ventilation terminals, etc.).
