Currently working as "Silk IT Procurement Manager - SAP Ariba and S4" for the Implementation of S4 in South Africa (Standerton and Stellenbosch) and Brasil. Ariba roll-out: Spain, Switzerland, Portugal, Netherlands, France, CRSA holding Entities (5 Switzerland entities) S/4 roll-out: Romania, Italy, France, and Black Sea. My responsibilities: Silk Ariba and S/4 IT Procurement team Lead (incl. IBM) and manage the solutioning and deployments alongside the business.• Representative of the Business, tightly work with consulting company to manage SILK Ariba and S/4 project, driving projects to completion on time, within scope and budget. • Overall Procurement project management including coordinating internal resources and other related projects and workstreams and dependences. • Help Business to manage expectations. • Maintain regular communication with team members (e.g., face-to-face, via voicemails, emails) especially across multiple solution deployments so everyone understands status of project. • Acting as the on- off site Ariba “expert” in terms of design and process effectiveness.• Ensure Global Procurement policies are being followed.• Coordinate Procurement Data migration to Ariba and S/4.• Provide Administrator support on Ariba during Hypercare.• Ariba PR/ PO/ GR/ Inv support during Hypercare.• Maintaining Procurement Data to be Created, Material to UNSPSC Mappings.• Guided Buying Management and visual element administration.• Develop an effective communication and training strategy for Stakeholders and end user's on all Ariba and S/4 Procurement activities.• System testing.• Design and maintenance of approval matrix in line with Global Policies.• Working with internal teams to drive company compliance to SAP Ariba and S/4 standards and best practices.
