ALD France comes from the merging in 2014 of FNAG (Furnaces Nuclear Applications Grenoble) and TIV (Thermique Industrie Vide). Technical support for MSK Emballage. MSK Emballage is a subsidiary of Germany based group MSK Covertech, designing and manufacturing solutions for pallet packaging and palletizing systems. The group has offices in Germany, France, the USA, China and Hungary, where most of the MSK machines are assembled. Le Créneau Industriel is a small but competitive company designing large CNC machines for the aerospace industry all over the world. I was working as an intern to improve and simplify the PLC program part dealing with the greasing system, and to have it working on a set distance on any axis.• Functional analysis• PLC Siemens Step 7 programming (S7-Graph, FBD & SLC) & setting up of CNC• Programming of a function block giving the records of any greasing cycle according to its origin • Testing the program on a CNC machine• Technical documentation on data protection for Step 7 projects
