I am a renewable energy, green hydrogen, and energy efficiency specialist with extensive experience managing large-scale hydrogen projects in Argentina and assessing the techno-economic feasibility of hydrogen projects worldwide. My expertise encompasses a deep understanding of renewable energy regulations, policies, and integration schemes. I have led Variable Renewable Energy (VRE) due diligence processes, verifying resource availability, reviewing permit documentation, and analyzing Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) characteristics.In addition, I have conducted regulatory benchmarks for VRE, distributed generation, energy storage systems (including BESS), electric vehicles, and demand response mechanisms. I have advised green hydrogen developers and large energy users on energy procurement strategies, analyzing regulations, timelines, and costs associated with energy provision (conventional, renewable, or self-generation) and the associated carbon dioxide emissions.
