Current•Collaborate with both outpatient and inpatient clients using an ACT framework to achieve treatment goals tailored to both long-term and short-term objectives•Lead processing groups for patients, allowing for a safe space where patients can share their thoughts, concerns, and be supported•Deliver bilingual therapy and assessment services in Spanish, enhancing accessibility and patient communication•Conduct regular suicide assessment screenings and develop safety plans to ensure patient well-being•Perform neurocognitive assessments upon psychiatrist referrals to provide critical insights for informed discharge planning•Develop individualized treatment and behavior modification plans, utilizing a CBT framework to address specific patient needs•Consults with psychiatry, social work, and nursing teams to deliver optimal patient care•Participate in weekly didactics training with a focus on trauma-informed care, comprehensive suicide assessments, and detailed safety planning•Heading a hospital-wide infographic project for patients, enhancing patient experience, and ensuring streamlined care continuity across departments
