In a strong international environment (Customers : USA & France. Suppliers and partners : mainly China, India, East Europe, USA & Marrocco), I manage two projects in parallel for New High Speed Train Traction. Scope of those projects are : Development, Validation, Purchasing, SupplyChain, Production (internal or external after activity transfer) and Warranty. I lead project coreteam which is composed of 7 members (Engineering, Industrial, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, Configuration and Planning) but the number of people working on each one are approximatively 100 persons. My responsibility is linked to QCD targets : Quality (compliancy to european or American standard, including Buy America), Cost (budget managed is approximatively 11 Millions € per year) and Leadtime (Milestones and Planning committed with train commercial service constraint).In addition to project management tasks, I have also two activities : operational coaching to help internal people to reach targets and participation to tenders linked to traction for high speed train.Trainings done recently : Professional coaching basis (2019 - Cegos), Agility and change management (2017 - Alstom University), Business plan creation (2014 - Cegos), Project Management Certificate Program (2012 - PMP) and Hierarchical management technics (2008 - Learning Tree)

- Lead multi disciplinary team(s) with internal and external project members and business partners/sub-contractors (international scope) – average of 5 products per year- Define and achieve competitive edge project goals within constraints of budget, time and quality.- Manage and monitor project cost and investment to meet specified financial targets (budgets of approximatively 900k€ per year)- Ensure compliance to product quality plan to fulfill customer’s expectation (Retail market)- Lead & motivate project team members to enable them to achieve project objectives (8 persons per project)- Ensure timely availability of project deliverables to support the market introduction process

- Prepare and carry out industrial projects or transfers- Responsible for industrial project results (target added value, budget, schedule and quality)- Provide operational and functional leadership to the project staff (internal and external)- Manage Electronic Manufacturing Services (JABIL & SSCI Hungary) to meet performance expectations (volume, Clip, quality)- Trainings: “Financial for non financial manager” & “Project risk management” in Holland

- Responsible for industrial project results (target added value, budget, schedule and quality)- Lead machine subcontractors (for assembly, conveyor and test)- Define manufacturing process (specifications, operation mode, flow ...)- Optimize process or quality by using Valeo tools (Kaizen , Kosu, QRQC ...)

- Lead team : 21 persons (Study, Quality, Process…) for 3 projects- Elaborate answer for bid invitation: technical et financial for new projects- Define and achieve competitive edge project goals within constraints of budget (600k€ /yer), time and quality for prototypes and new product introduction.- Make reporting for the customer (Planning, risks, industrial alternatives...)
