Responsible for a full audit of Veracode’s new digital asset management system that included over 5000 assets used by varying groups in the organization. Matured the organization of assets to better align with stakeholders and users by creating new branches of taxonomy and applying tags to existing assets. Gained fluency in Bynder, a digital asset management tool, and created user training materials and related documentation to support internal utilization goals of the new system. Supported end user training through group and 1:1 training, teaching cross functional users of the platform.Worked in conjunction with the Creative Director to ensure Veracode’s branding was incorporated into end user materials and communicated throughout the organization. Leveraged Brand Guidelines module of Bynder for various projects prioritized within the digital marketing group.Incorporated content from Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) tools to assist with many different deliverables, including job descriptions, PowerPoint visuals, instruction manuals, and more. Used the project management system monday.com to create a Bynder support system where employees could submit tickets requesting technical or administrative help. Maintained these requests by solving a problem on the administrative side or providing 1:1 guidance on the issue.

As an intern with Double Elvis, I was primarily responsible for the research, creation, and organization of content that supported the development of Social Media Campaign activities, specifically for TikTok and YouTube. These actions contributed to an increase in Tik Tok followers by over 12000% in a 3 month period. Additional responsibilities included:- Supporting Asset Migration activities by reviewing, tagging, and moving digital assets into organized locations to consolidate assets for end users in the marketing organization.- Created and maintained spreadsheets for tracking promotional inventory, digital assets, and content related to music history.- Managing end to end activities for online contest winners, including winner identification, communication, and promotional fulfillment.
