I began my career as a mechanic in the aerospace industry, among others at "Royal Airlines" (B727, B737, B757, A310) and Exeltech (MD-80, Dash-8) . It was during my time at "Premier Aviation" i further developed my experience and has obtained my Transport Canada M2 license. Subsequently, i became team leader to maintenance supervisor on Boeing 727, 737, ATR 42, Dash-8 200, CRJ 200, MD-80 heavy maintenance inspection. I’m well familiar with the management of human resources and training, in addition to managing the work and services.

It is through these functions that i have created a reputation (expertise) and a business network (credibility). It is also through these roles that i have developed my skills to convince and mobilize my team through gestures that mark and that make sense. Thus, a relationship of trust i built, both with staff and partners and airline representatives.During the time at Premier Aviation i was in charge of major work and modification on WestJet, Canadian North and first air aircrafts. (Rudder PCU, Gravel, Vertical & horizontal stab bushing replacement on B737, Horizontal stab and #2 Tunnel duct R&R on B727, Fuel tank entry mod)
In 2011 i move to Exact air inc. to become Quality Assurance Manager. Where I take care of SB, AD’s, SDR, MPM, MCM, maintenance schedule and Transport Canada regulation. As well as liaison for major repair with Manufacturer engineers and STC’s engineering.I'm also holder of a Transport Canada M1 and M2 License as well as FAA A&P License.
