Member of the Executive Committee, reporting to the CEO.In charge of €1,4 billion annual Spends (resale and non resale) and a multicultural team of 150+ professionals across 17 countriesScope of responsibilities :- Direct (€1 billion annual spends) and indirect (€ 400 million spends) procurement activities, as well as inbound and outbound Supply Chain flow and activities.- Across 17 countries : FR, UK, DE, ES, IT, PO, NL, SW, FI, DK, AU, TU, RO, CZ, LI, CH.- Scope covers all Points of Sales (currently 1150 owned and 1150 franchised), Distribution Centers (10+) and head offices / headquarters.Main challenges :- Transforming Procurement & Supply Chain from purely decentralized and country only-focused support functions to strategic business partners and a true balanced group organization, supporting daily business activities of the 17 countries while contributing to the long-term turnaround of the Group.- Building and implementing a 5-year Group Procurement & Supply Chain Strategy.- Devising and delivering a €120m Cost Reduction Roadmap 5-year plan (by 2025).- Building a 5-year Source-to-Pay Roadmap ranging from back-to-basics measures (rules, processes and performance monitoring) to full digitized solutions (market places in direct and indirect procurement).- Managing Supply during critical COVID times.Key achievements in the first 2 years :- €50m cash improvement (20% DOC reduction on inventories of LV and HV tyres)- €15 m cumulated savings- Scope covered x 2 (low 30 to current 45%, targetting 60% in 2021)

Scope of responsibilities :- All indirect procurement, ie. non-trade goods and services (Real Estate acquisition / construction / maintenance, IT hard/soft/services & telco, Marketing & Digital, Human Resources & Professional services), reporting to CFO.- Pan-European responsibilities across 7 countries : The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Austria and Poland (plans to extend by 4/5 additional countries by 2023).- Scope covers all indirect spends related to stores (currently 1350+, targetting 2300+ by 2023), Distribution Centers (7 currently, targeting 15+ by 2023) and head offices / headquarters. - Annual spends expected to be €1,2m in 2019, growing by 20% annually.Main challenges :- Transforming Procurement from a pure operational function to a strategic business partner, supporting / helping / challenging key internal stakeholders (while still being able to deliver tenders, new vendor selections, contract renewals...).- Building a 5-year Group Procurement Strategy and dedicated 3-year sourcing strategies for the top 50+ categories.- Devising and implementing a €100m Cost Reduction Roadmap 5-year plan.- Developing a sound Supplier Risk Assessment plan, allowing to mitigate capacity / scability issues while reinforcing the international supply base and ensuring financial stability / health / development.Key achievements in the first 3 years :- €45 m cumulated savings- Scope covered x 2 (low 20 to current 40%, targetting 60% in 2019)- Contract coverage improved by 40%
