I was in charge to summarize and communicate the actions from both the competition and the market. This activity included the consolidation of market shares from subsidiaries in 52 countries as well as 42 market sources with monthly reporting to senior management.

My job was to support research regarding employment discrimination in Switzerland, particularly during the hiring process. I placed cold-call to 1500 random managers to conduct an HR experiment with an acceptance rate of 6%.
