My name's Nick Libreros and I'm pursuing engineering because I'm passionate about innovation. As the Aerospace Industry grows more and more, I've confirmed this field is the perfect place to be. The more I learn about space, the more I realize how much is left to learn.I'm preparing myself for a full-time position in the Space Sector by looking for internships and getting involved in rocketry projects. This academic year I'm also involved in my leadership roles in the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) and First Step UCF, a club which focuses on helping freshmen get internships.I'm very passionate about Mentoring, that's why I pursued leadership roles that allow me to further the mentorship program in both of my extra-curricular clubs. In SHPE I'm the MentorSHPE Director and in First Step UCF I'm the Secretary of the organization. In these clubs I plan on growing the mentorship process by helping anyone who needs more help from someone with more experience.I love working in teams so I'd love to further my skills by collaborating with others!
