Client: TenarisResponsibilities: Methodology Support:- Simplify and evolve the IT methodology (Tenaris Unified Process) based on process improvements and best practices (RUP, PMI, ITIL and Scrum). - Provide methodology support for IT project teams through the different phases of the development lifecycle and for all IT employees about IT processes.- Enforce IT process standards and tools (ClearQuest, TFS). - Provide senior management with the necessary information to assess methodology maturity. IT Process Improvement:- Conduct continuous improvement and simplification of IT processes in order to decrease time to market, reduce costs and improve end-user and IT employee satisfaction. - IT process modeling using ARIS IT Architect/Business Designer.- Foster continuous IT improvement through the adoption of best practices and promote benchmarking to enable the IT team to identify standards of excellence.

I worked in projects of implementation of Methodological Frameworks using Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and 2013 in which I was responsible for carrying out tasks of survey and analysis of customer needs, execute the design of the outputs and inputs of each process surveyed, document changes, conduct training for staff involved in the use of the tool and the implemented solution, among other functions. The main objectives achieved in these implementations were:- Improve the quality of system developments through repeatable activities that ensure compliance with scope, time and costs.- Establish a project management culture and methodology in development and quality areas.- Expand the documentation of developments and projects to facilitate the maintenance and evolution of systems.- Improve the monitoring and control of the organization's projects.- Align project management and action plans to the group's quality programs.

Linked with the IT Process Assurance sector, in SOX Audit, IT General Controls and SAP Security projects in which I was responsible for the design, maintenance and continuous improvement of the existing set of internal controls for various sub-processes.
