Lead a team of Chinese Project Managers to industrialize beverage makers for one of the main customer (Nestle) in time, quality, costs and to a defined capacityBe the escalation level for customer and internally on all related Nestle group projectsMain achievements:- Grown the business from 2 to 5 product streams and successfully industrialized 14 new models with millions of units produced.- Initiated first production transfer from China to the new Indonesia Factory for 3 models- Grown and trained the team from 6 engineers or assistant PM to 8 PMs and 6 engineers.- Worked with Nestle on aligning all partners development processes and deliverables.- Introducing project budgets and developing the team towards cost efficiency on products from first day of project.
