When I arrived in the IT Process world, within the Michelin Engineering, I was able to develop my skills and my knowledge in different Process Areas. First as a developer, then as a deployer, then as a Manager of IT Domains until 2020.Since 2020, I am the Manager of the European Industrial IT Antenna. This team is based in Poland in Olsztyn, capable of deploying and supporting the applications developed by the Head Quarter.The expectations of this mission are multiple: recruitment, structuring, communication, implementation of processes, methodologies, developing subcontracting, defining a 5 year vision and a short/medium/long term strategy for the team.Curious, customer oriented, passionate about people, people development and new challenges, I strive to listen to my team and relentlessly seek sources of progress.
