A learning consultant with extensive skills in blended learning (all stages of the cycle), facilitation (including action learning sets), coaching and MBTI profiling. I have also recent experience of developing curriculum, e-learning and creating webinars. Curently I am leading work on the creation of imersive learning addressing interpersonal outcomes.I have enabled rapid organisational and individual change. I do this via coaching, facilitation of organisation change, leadership and management training (soft skills). My past roles involved work with Crafts Council, REED, Inviron and Peterborough Council. I also have worked with Ford, InHealth, Axon Communications, Help the Hospices, British Waterways, NHS, BBC and UNISON.
