Throughout my life, I would take every opportunity, from video games, all the way to school and work, to the next level by bringing innovation and inspiration into my daily life to apply those skills. Sometimes life will throw curve balls, I either have succeeded in my endeavors and have failed at some. My failures never stopped me, they, however, made my next approach even more optimized. My successes have been attributed to perseverance and seeing things through to the bitter end, not making excuses to “make it happen”.When I began my career in staffing, it seemed “off kilter” with a Bachelors in Management Information Systems. However, this began an opportunity to understand the most important aspect of what develops and sustains a business, the people. I am privileged to be a key segment to understanding the workforce and ensuring they are successful and satisfied in their positions.
