As a management consultant for Intraco Consulting I worked on 3 medium-term projects.1) Rationalizing the transport department for the European distribution center of a multinational active on the lens market.In this mission I supported the transport department to set up KPIs, set up a TMS, manage the distribution costs and run a RFQ for the 3PLs.2) Centralization of 6 transversal activities of 17 hospital sites in one "Logipôle"In this mission I developed different distribution scenarii and forecasted the OpEx and CapEx.3) Warehouse layout and inventory optimization for a manufacturer of adjustable studsIn this mission I helped to place the different SKUs in the warehouse to optimize the inbound and outbound logistics. We also determined the optimal stock level for each SKU.
